I need google apps script that will detect if a column (cs) (phone number) is empty, if that column is empty in that sheet, it will copy that row to another sheet then delete that row. I want to save the empty rows so I can use another skip trace service on those rows missing CS column which is a phone number. Any ideas how to do this?

It is automatic autocomplete in Apps Script. No special settings that I am aware of.
