Google Sheets Query Not in List

This video covers how to create a query in google sheets where the criteria is anything NOT in a list of items or everything is in a list. In addition the criteria list for the query is linked directly to a range of criteria cells. The query is also driven by a dropdown search type option for two query types: In the list or Not in the list.
