I already use majority of Microsoft apps like Edge, Teams and outlook. Google has an upper hand in KZbin, Maps but for browsing, communication and documents editing, Microsoft is much reliable and powerful.

Even buy iPhone and install these apps e.g. Chrome, KZbin, Maps.. If coming pre-installed then no harm in that too.. Also, there are no good alternative apps to these apps I mentioned above

Google is tracking every movement of your life, where you live, where you were 2 years ago, what your habits are, how things you are searching, what videos you like, and many more... with this info, they will throw ads and train AI to track your next move also... life must be unpredictable, but if someone can predict it, it could be a serious issue...! By using other search engines and apps, at least you will not provide all of your info to a single company.
