I want to use this with a pc monitor with built in speakers connected up with hdmi, can the google remote control adjust volume. My chromecast with Google tv can't. Thanks for vid

Check to see if your monitor supports HDMI-CEC. If it does, then what you want might be possible, but to be honest I'm not sure.
