for google workspace. If I need to add or subtract accounts how does the billing work ? It says I can only subtract when I renew my contract ?

Sounds like you’re on annual billing with committed licenses, you’ll need to wait until that expires and you can switch back to flexible to go down again

@@itGenius_ I need to add or delete accounts if I get more or less employees. Microsoft might be better for flexible options ? If I need to add employees or of some one is no longer with the company I dont want to be stuck with paying for the account all year.
