Responding to stakeholders with statements like, "Thank you, Brian." are a good way to let your stakeholders know they are valued and appreciated. Failure to say thank you will cause negative ideations and ultimately result in loss of interest and overall productivity in future scenarios. Lack of positive feedback is a net total loss for all persons with vested interests....especially Brian.

Lack of feedback can generate negative yields over time. Like how Brian just checked out after falling out of the mulberry tree. Lack of direct feedback convinced him he has no stake in his own potential
