Hey Martin, thanks for these! Quick question: 2:34 you say title tag and meta descriptions are not important for ranking purposes. We always knew about the meta description not being used for ranking, but the title tag is used for ranking...right?

3:30 is very hard to maintain on big projects, with many different pages/routes we had to do static analysis to prevent errors in the header

"obscure"? And you could certainly extrapolate the advice to 'vanilla' JavaScript.

No guarantees for rich results..... Does it not bother you? It bothers me. It is not the way you treat business partners. You probably do this because of your market position, having hardly any competition. Please provide some transparency. It took you years to do it for your crawler, why not do it for rich pages from the start?

It wouldn't be nice if every random person could add rich snippets by guarantee - please imagine, for how many bad things it could used for

@@DouwedeJong Yes, but also consider google would need the Information when to show the snippets or would you like to have it on every result a page is shown? It‘s like the title or meta description, it can be shown, but it‘s no guarantee because it‘s not always makes sense

@@DouwedeJong Sort of a first-world problem, no? Can still appear on Google results, set a description; Rich results are just some neat little thing that isn't required.
