Its googles offering to compete with AWS - Amazon Web Services - it's a place to put your "stuff" in the cloud instead of having to buy/build/maintain physical hardware - generally targeted towards enterprise use I would say. Hope this helps.

Hi. I found some services offerred by GCP alternative to Azure DevOps, buy they are created as separate services. I think GCP should merge all them into one Service and add Board feature into it. That would be awesome for developers of GCP and one step ahead to compete with other cloud providers✊

That's a great question. Go, Java, python, node.js are really well supported across the platform but I would probably start with Pyhton if you don't have a strong preference.
