Well illustrated use case Thank you. It would be interesting to know more details on feeding pattern detection in cases where there is dynamic data like a hospital functioning in a emergency unit, (bed status, wait period and so on.)

Forget about AI. Just get some network connected weight sensors for the tables and chairs. Chairs assigned near the table have a load? Table is occupied. Table has a load, and table is not occupied? Dirty table.
