API management with Apigee

Glad to see Google opening up Apigee to the wider audience with their newer PAYG pricing model.

While Terraform support for Google Cloud is excellent, Apigee is a notable exception. Getting things automated with Apigee is extremely difficult. Apigee still feels a bit like a separate universe to the rest of GCP at the moment.
