He's gotta be about the only person I've ever heard pronounce it "cayshing". Wikipedia has it as /ˈkæʃ/ (sounds like "cash").

@cantwaittowatch... he is speaking Queen's English... which most would say, is 'The English' :-) All the rest speak English with accent ! Just down load the FLV and MP4, and play it in VNCplayer with "Slowdown" option.
