Auto-calculate rooms needed for an event in Google Sheets

I was wondering if you could help me with something. I coded a way to send a confirmation email to the respondent when they submit the google form via Google App Scripts. There was a code that shows what the respondent answered in the email and I got help to fix that problem but it wasn't working. I think that there should be a code in the HTML email portion that could fix the problem. Do you know any HTML code that could help? Thank you.

I wonder if it is possible to create a sheet with formulas and other doohickeys, then export it as a portable app? This way, I can use it offline or send it to someone. I mean technically speaking, this is doable.
