Gooloo GT4000S Jump Starter - Review

Gooloo to me, is the best jump starter on the market ! I have had mine for almost 6 years, and have used it many times on my truck and friends cars. I have never had any problem.

Two things number one how good is customer service, and number two I’ve seen a few models that comes with a hard case which is what I would prefer, I would want it with all the accessories in this videos.. for car use mostly

Do you have contact details for the company that supplied your device? I am trying to contact the Supplier/manufacturer to get warranty honoured as my Seller is not responding.

If the battery or batteries on your camper were not dead or week how was this a test of the jump starters ability to jump start a vehicle? Also it looks like your camper has 4 batteries, wouldn't that make it a 48 volt system?

The batteries are wired in parallel, not series. 12V

No, they are in series so still 12 volts

How do you recharge the Gooloo itself?

Mine doen't hold a charge. Never used it. Still under warranty. Contacted support. Even with proof of payment they do everyyhing they can not to honor warranty.....😮😮😮

Do you mean it won’t turn on at all? Like nothing happens n the screen?

@@jungleriver It turns on, it's fully charged. But in only 1 month just sitting there battery is already down 50% ( 2 bars left out of 4 ). Their support wanted the order number which I don't have (may 2023) but even with Paypal detailed proof of payment they are ignoring me. I can still keep it but have to charge it every month...

I purchase a GP4000a use three times the fourth I had solid red on jump cable would work bougth a new one from gooloo they send me the wrong telling me it is going to work without booster I am disappointed with gooloo
