I've got a heart condition and my resting HR is about 120ish usually. Sleeping I get down to 70-90 bpm. When I have an "episode" of SVT my heart rate will switch on like a light switch, up to either exactly 190 or 220 (usually). In bad cases, it goes 230ish. Highest I've recorded it at was 242 BPM. It's not a good feeling

Unironically I noticed a lot about the drop in editing quality in spoonkid 2, because like before it felt like an actual video, but now it feels like a mere stream highlight, which I mean it kinda was but it always had the dinkbot funny touch, and now its just bits of stream moments stringed together with music placed at certain intervals. It lack the same funny moments that Dinkbot used to appreciate and put it.

I need some advice, me and several of my friends who i've known since kindergarten, snuck out with these cheap 30 dollar paintball pistols we bought on amazon. we smoked scoober gas and drank boosie juice, we shot peoples windows, ring cameras, cars. Eventually some dude drove down the street and we went straight up firing squad on his car. The guy slams on his brakes, pulls over, and starts screaming and chasing us (In Baltimore City FYI). We ran up to the elementary school which has a metal fence and a pipe you can climb up to get on the roof, however one of my friends who is on the heavy side wasn't able to climb up because he was wasted, we didn't know what to do so we just left him there and he started running with the crazy dude screaming like 20 feet behind him. After he disappeared me and my friends made our way home. The next day the guy being chased said in our group chat "I got pepper sprayed" and hasn't said a word to us since. What am I supposed to say to him???

Hey Spin and Doonkbot, my life is in turmoil and i hope you can fix all my problems. I was going steady with this girl in another town about 60 ish miles away for almost four years. We really hit it off but she was always relying on me super heavily for emotional support bc her household was abusive. It was always about her and I never felt seen except for when we were able to call or visit. When we were able to be together it was the most loved I've ever felt in my life but long distance just never worked for me. I ended up moving even further away, across the country, and slowly realized just how unhappy I was. She moved out of her parent's house and i hoped it would get better but it didn't. She still never made time for me. We started fighting and decided to take a break and we haven't talked for about four or five months now. I feel guilty about how much better I feel without her, and don't know how to tell her that I don't want to get back together and that she should move on. I still care about her and we left on okay terms, but I can't be with her anymore.

Hey spoon I could use some advice right now. So a few months back I found out that there is something wrong with my shoulder. I went to a doctor and found out I have to get surgery. I didn’t really comprehend how this would effect me until now. About a week before I went to the doctor I received a full ride scholarship to play baseball for a college. This is completely out the window now and really has been getting me down ever since. It’s really rough because it was the only hope to go to a really good college because money is tight at home. It’s my senior year in high school and I was excited to play baseball and all my instruments for school but now I can’t do that. It’s really put me into a rut and I can’t seem to find my way out of it. Just to add on top of it a couple weeks ago I had found out that my girlfriend of 1 an a half years had been cheating on me with one of my friends. This was a breaking point for me. I really don’t know what to do. I’m not as wholesome as everyone else Because your videos are not helping me with any of this. I love watching you play rust and listening to the podcast but it’s no way to help me with losing some of my favorite things in life. The recovery after the surgery is about 14 months so I can’t get a job, I can’t leave the house for the first 6 months, I can’t play guitar, I can’t play video games, and I just really don’t know what to do and I need some advice.
