If you were to do this again, I think that you should wait until the kingdom has a king, make that king immortal and then put him into a box. That way, the Demis are forced to be more aggressive, while never having a chance to be king.

The devs just love orcs, they're either too strong strong or viable but never the weakest race. They should add a feature on boats like adding capacity depending on their race, and orc's having the lowest boat capacity. That will nerf the orcs maritime activities. Adding this feature will also buff the boat, as they will take off once its full capacity and not just wait for long periods of time while their kingdom is under attack. They should also add a feature on buildings. Dwarves and human structures are less likely to burn while orcs amd elves has a high chance of burning. It would also be cool to add a new feature like"King's Trait", where the kingdom is affected base on a set of new traits only acquired by Kings to add some flavor ingame. For example: Defender: priorities defending the kingdom Aggressive: constantly wages war (common trait for orc kings) Merchant: builds docks and trading hub and generates a lot of gold Crafter: priorities crafting equipments and weapons Diplomat: prefers peace and allies with other kingdoms in eradicating a larger kingdom. Etc. That would bring more content and more randomness in the game.

It's not that the devs love Orcs, it's that in fantasy Orcs are meant to be raging berserkers that sweep across the land and decimate villages. In a large majority of fantasy media you hear about how people are afraid to leave town because of Orc camps or Wandering warbands, etc... Orcs being a massive menace to society fits the fantasy setting perfectly.

Damn, Bobzilla was an absolute legend. Fighting one horde of enemies after another, rebuilding his kingdom from ashes *twice* and even managing to populate somehow, getting all his equipment from ones coming after him, knowing his own weakness and successfully avoiding it till just one misfortune at the end that killed him, and even taking out army of foes after his own death. Absolute legend, all pay respect to Bobzilla and lizardmen. Nerf orcs devs please.

He led his people and protected them until the end. He's the oldest being left in the end and had seen his fellow demigods fall in battle. He died fighting, taking a huge force with him in the explosion! Rest in peace bro, you were my favorite!

There might have been a chance for others, if the Regen hadn't have been torn out of the other Demi-gods. Doesn't matter how much health anyone else has when the Orcs are able to just shrug off so much damage. It was a forgone conclusion though. Orcs only lose if the world itself kills them before they can seed.

I have an idea but its kind of hard to explain. Have four (small) islands on each corner with villages, once they have boats, they will race to the huge center island to progress. make sure the center island is hard to live in like infernal or frozen (Corrupts might be too hard). From there they will fight hard mobs but not have their kingdom erased by other tribes. PS: if they attack each others small islands in the corners before they even make it to the center island, try blocking it with mountains. Btw great topic for videos I've really been hooked on your channel recently.

Fun idea, given how op the orcs are right now you could probably start treating them like you're introducing a monster race. Maybe future demi-god rounds could give other civilizations a head start, and eventually the 'corrupted' champions show up. Similar to what you did with the elves except you seed any area the orcs control with infernal/corrupted biomes if they control them for long enough. Works sort of as a nerf too since it means they always control land that's kind of bad for them.

At this point I'd honestly suggest nerfing the orcs by putting them on a really bad small island at the start or giving their entire species bad traits at the start like ugly, and stupid maybe? *Edit: I'd also suggest giving all the Elves some good starting traits, either attractive to make them populate even faster or just strong to make their damage less bad.* *Double edit: Another potential way to nerf the Orcs is putting them down later than everyone else or going even harder on giving everyone else more starting pop than the Orcs, so everyone has 20 to the Orc's 5.*
