Obviously ripping musicians with awesome gear and the music sounds awesome while listening. But I can't remember any melody or hook 10 minutes after turning it off. Where's the Scarlet/Fire? Each song sounds like the one before it. It gets going pretty good at 54:30 but that's about it for me.

I'm prone to hyperbole, but the solo in Atlas Dogs 1:28:59 from Slick/Rick/Rich is abso-fuckin-lutely ::beautiful:: !!! Later, the whole band was in a groove, before Slick calls an audible (Flodown) on the talk-back mic 2:09:28 and then,, suddenly, we're gettin down to the Flo-ho-down! All I can say about Peggy-O is that it is powerful. We even get a little taste of reverse and wah wah during a mean, bruising Factory Fiction. Another fierce second set from the boys, who have just been killing it this year!

My wife and I were down there in the front in our Bengals gear the week before the Super Bowl. This was a great show with a ton of energy, especially the Indian River>Delta>Dr. Darkness sequence and the Hot Tea that ended set 1. Can't wait for Legend Valley this summer!

See you at Legend Valley! I was at the Pittsburgh show the very next night after this. They've had some incredible runs. So grateful to be catching them right now where they are in their arc. DISCLAIMER: I hate to compare Goose to Phish. However, I am, lol. I started catching Phish in '95 which was right when they started to hit it big, and I regret not being able to see them from '92-'95. To me, that was their absolute best peak ever. Right now reminds me of that time for Goose, and I don't want to miss out again. This is the most amazing moment to be in with this band.

@@brianherr9787 I watched the Pittsburgh live stream, have listened to it several times, and feel like it is a natural companion to the Louisville show, as if Louisville is Side A and Pittsburgh is Side B. They both feature the new material prominently, have similar energy, and pull out the big guns (Hot Tea/Factory fiction and Tumble/Organos) at the end of each set. If this summer is like last summer, Legend Valley should be a blast.
