@@jamesbrumfield1594 Back when I first started listening to phish(90’s) I thought they had some good quirky songs and nice jams. Went and saw them a couple times. Hell I saw them last Saturday. I guess being first a fan of the dead and allman bros and hearing they were the next big thing in the jam scene, I just expected more. Never thought their song writing was that good and none have strong or distinctive vocal capabilities. They can jam beautifully for sure. For where their at in their careers, goose has a better all around sound than phish did back then. I always went to phish shows more for the scene. I’d go to a goose show for the music.

JK, "Silver Rising" is one of my faves, & one can love both Phish and Goose for different reasons. Musically Phish has good lines in "Squirming Coil", "You Enjoy Myself", "Stash", "Guyute" in the old days and I'm really liking "Oblivion" and "The Well" in the newest set

Its a new custom guitar made by Greg De Luis, its called "The Empress" and this was his first show with it! Rick met Greg at the Greek Theater show in LA last year and the guitar was finished just in time for the end of the tour! A truly amazing sounding guitar

My first show (with my now 26 year old son) was at the Greek last year. We will be at Ohana Fest as well. I just love these guys and I am so glad he found his forever guitar.
