I never thought to see GGD and Minecraft come together, but this is great! Edit: Since the topic of a new GGD role came up, I'd like to suggest a change to an already existing role. Esper is too OP where you can just not talk and kill someone from far away. What you can do instead is that, when the Esper starts to watch over their victim, the victim hears a sound effect to signify their impending death (maybe a bell sound or something like that). Or, you can have it so that the Esper's voice is pitched deeper for the victim, so there's more initiative for the Esper to talk while also not easily giving away who they are. Or even both at the same time, so the victim already knows that they're about to die all while the Esper can laugh in a deep voice!

Pretty fun and wild video. I think in terms of GGD roles I have some options. Golden Goose - This role allows you to auto complete tasks after 3 seconds, but forces you to be able to be seen by killing roles when you complete a task. Priest Goose - Able to revive dead bodies by dragging them to a specific location. Cannot revive demo kills. Disco Duck - This role cannot kill, however it can lead Geese away to a specific destination. Copy Duck - Able to copy another Duck's ability for that Round. Cannot kill until they copy the ability. Aristocrat - A neutral role that can randomly swap the roles of two people (large cooldown). They only can win with other Neutrals if they stay alive.

I think it'd be pretty cool if there was like a Reaper Duck role. The Reaper Duck can summon one of the dead players and use them as their minion. They give them a set player to target and once they kill that target they can summon the next one. If they don't kill their target by the end of the round, the ghost disappears. The cool down would be about 15 seconds after someone is killed. Also, their target cannot be the Medium. You can only have one ghost out at once. The opposition to this role would be the Medium Goose. The Medium would be able to exorcise the ghost and send them back to the dead, keeping them from killing others. The exorcise would be treated like a task on the ghost and they'd disappear after completed. Failing the task has a 5-10 (Idk how long) second penalty where the Medium Goose is frozen and unable to move. They would have the same cool down as the Reaper Duck. They'd still be able to tell how many people are dead, but would notice if someone is risen from the dead because it would be one less player dead.

I've always wanted to suggest this but thought it was too similar to the duck theme. But glad someone came up with the idea. Maybe the next theme should be worst game characters. Or a character you hate. That way everyone can talk about different things. And knowing Ross it would be the most random reason😂

I have an idea for a Peacock role. It would be a neutral killing role. The peacock has a slightly longer cooldown than other killers (lets say if killers has 30s, Peacock has 45s). The peacock has an ability that they can flash their feathers and change the roles of other players, making them the peacock's underling (if they were a duck role, other ducks will still think they are in their team). The Underlings do the peacock's biting, they can kill (with normal cooldown) and can take the blame so the peacock can continue. The ability is very busted yeah, so it will be on a LONG cooldown (60+ seconds), and like in real life, the feather flash doesnt always work, and the player will get notified if they got flashed. The peacock and its underlings will win if they are the last ones alive (even if underlings died). If the peacock dies, everyone turns back to their original role. The peacock auto skips vote, while underlings can still vote.

I feel like a penguin could be an interesting neutral killing role in GGD. There are a lot of ways it could be done. They could freeze players, either to just annoy them and make things take longer or to kill they but the body stays whole so they may appear AFK or just give others pause for a couple seconds. Maybe also be able to push bodies and slide them across a hall or room. But IDK, I’m not a game developer lol. (I wrote this after the first mention of the penguin, I didn’t watch the whole video)

The Owl role, either killer or neutral - after the owl kills the body will be immediately eaten, but before you can kill again you have 'throw up' the body. Like how Owls throw up the non-digestible parts of their meal; bones , skin/fur, etc...

I figure there could always be an "AllStar" Hide and Seek, using favorite skins that a certain user has used in previous hide and seeks (Like an episode of favorite Max skins, Ross skins, etc) as well as using a favorite map from the past. But on the note of GGD, I could see a Hummingbird role. They're a part of the Goose team that has to constantly run around and can't stop for longer than 5 seconds or else they die. They're unable to do tasks due to being on the move, and to those that don't know, they will certainly look a bit shifty with their moving around.

GGD Role ideas (Dom Flavor😁) Dominant & Submissive geese(Probably needs better names, just wanted to play into the DOM joke) Submissive - Works like the standard goose role other than one key detail. Dominant (could possible be a neutral) - Is also a standard goose, except when they are killed they are teleported to the submissive and the submissive dies instead. Gunsmith Goose - Works like vigil except they get an additional kill for each "gun part" they pick up that are scattered around the map. Sniper Duck - Can kill from farther away *Unnamed Duck* - Can kill normally to get a normal length cooldown, but can also "birdwatcher" through walls and kill one person they see for a longer cooldown.

I think a phenix role could be cool, they get 2 lives but doesn't know if they "died" until the meeting where it shows you how many lives you have left next to your name. The phenix role could also be a duck role that burns bodies instead of just killing them, making it so that the body can't be reported, there could even be a little singed footprints that travels in the direction the phenix went for a little bit, but not so much as to give away who it was

In all honesty a neutral penguin role that can freeze both geese and ducks in place would be really cool I think. Especially if you could do it remotely. Or you could make it like the warlock, where you can freeze one room, immobilizing everyone in it for say 20 seconds.

I think that a cool role to add would be “exorcist” (medium works as a better name but that’s already taken) where once per round, the exorcist can hear what the ghost ducks are saying, but a lot more quietly than normal proximity chat. The dead geese could give out hints, but because of how quiet they are and how brief the window is, the hints might not always be understood

Maybe they have to revive a certain number of dead bodies in a game to win (similar to the Vulture) but they can only revive one dead body per round, and they can’t revive the same person multiple times.

For the penguin role idea. Maybe it’s a neutral killing role that has a dash/slide ability allowing them to move faster and kill the person they impact with. It’d be difficult to master and time but I think would be pretty fun.

I was also thinking of a potential peacock role in GGD lol, I have personal experience with them in my neighborhood, they’re loud as heck during mating season (which lasts for like 7 months), so perhaps the role could be like the silencer duck but instead of muting a player, they deafen a player, and if they outlast the ducks they win lol

The Phase Duck - This duck can walk through walls, as well as phase into the floor acting as a way to "vent" from anywhere around the map. The Phase Duck can also only kill people while phased by bringing them into the floor or into a wall.

Honestly great video once again also have these pretty weird roles I would like to see in GGD They are the… The Kiwi - Neutral killing role, Kinda like how in modded among-us the ‘giant’ modifier is, but every 5 minutes the goose will grow big for like 30 seconds and has the ability to accidentally kill anyone The Blue Jay - A safe role that allows the goose to claim someone as its “nest” of some sorts and protects the chosen one plus gets a little notification(only them) like the celebrities when someone is trying to kill the chosen one The Raven - A safe role that allows the goose to figure out who one duck is after they have finished 5 tasks The Parakeet - a neutral role that gets assigned on the loading screen before the game who they must follow weather it be good or bad but if the one they follow ends up dying they will stop being a non killing neutral role and will be able to kill And to make a role kinda like the guardian angle.. The Hawk - A territorial killing role that doesn’t have any abilities other then killing until after death in which they can protect someone who is with them at all times from dying to other killing roles The Harriers - Safe neutral until the Hawk is dead in which they will now be able to kill, they are the followers of the hawk and and will be given a blessing once the hawk dies(not being able to die from other killing roles), cannot have either one of these two without the other

I thought of two roles the charmer and the retired crook. The charmer has a certain number of charges per round (3) which upon used on another player disables the other player using their role upon them for the round. The retired crook is a duck that force change another's role into the newbie who is a duck that doesn't know their teamates.

Similar to Ross I thought of an idea for the role of a Peacock, but it works a little differently. A Peacock could be either (1) a flash bomb role, or (2) a defensive kill role. (1) The player would need to wait for their 10-15 second cooldown to be completed and once ready, they would activate the role for a 15-20 second period. If anyone tries to kill them within this time, everyone within a certain radius of the Peacock would lose all vision and would only see the outline of their own character for 5-10 seconds, which would give the Peacock time to flee (kinda like how the feathers of a real Peacock are not as visible to predators). (2) Similar to (1), the player would need to wait for their 10-15 second cooldown to be completed and once ready, they would activate the role for a 15-20 second period. This time, if anyone tries to kill them within this time they will instead kill themself (kinda like how a real Peacock intimidates predators with their feathers).

Honnestly I think a neat duck role would be some sort of trapper role. It's a regular duck but they can trap vents, armor stands, grates, etc and get kills from that. Not too overpowered since they would only have a chance of taking out the engineer, the pigeon, or their own teammates.

I have an idea for a duck role. It would be called the Hacker and it could either have two options. The first option: The hacker would pick a goose or a neutral role and negate their privileges to vote during the meeting. The second option: During a sabotage with a timer, if the hacker kills a goose or neutral role (thinking at least 2 kills during the sabotage) reduce the timer by 15 seconds.

Role for Goose Goose Duck- Taxidermist Its a goose role that when you kill someone it leaves essentially a dummy version of them in their place. It would make it difficult to establish alibis because you would have to hear every player not just see them to know that they're not dead. Also it would be hilarious to have someone talk to a dummy for forever only to realize they're dead.

A robot role where abilities dont work properly on you. Theres both a goose and duck version, that basically prevent role abilities form working, so like detective always flashes green on you, spy/mortician gives you a false role, assassin can't assassinate you, etc. Of course things like the demo's bombs or sheriffs/vigilante/ducks ability to kill still go through and work properly.

What if there was a duck role called the zombie or something similar. You could temporarily enter another goose or ducks body and control it for 5-10 seconds, temporarily muting them and causing them to lose all control. This could help with breaking up groups and getting people close to you alone. -Just an idea :)

New Duck Role: Either Medusa or Starer. Trapper, an evil role. You can lay one invisible trap. If you use the ability a second time, it removes the first trap and places a new one at your location. The first person to walk over it other than the Trapper is killed. Other ducks can see the traps, but can still be killed by them.

I want an Ostrich role. The Ostrich is a neutral role, and similar to the demo it's killing animation is different. The Ostrich would grab the goose head and smash it underground only leaving their feet sticking above ground. They would be killed by suffocation basically. Idk thought it would be cool.

One idea for a role is one that gives another player effects in the meetings like silencer and party but the affected player hears everyone else's voice distorted. They are the only one that hears this change Another idea is one where it affects another player via visual effects or control effect like mirroring the screen or inverse controls but this happens after a meeting which then makes it harder to figure out.

Also a thing I'd like implemented into GGD would be called the Grebe (in honor of the bird) or Rusher where if a certain amount of tasks are completed they have the ability to cheat death... Ross's chicken role could work if its like the survivor. they win if they're alive for another win condition, but have them be mutually exclusive with the dodo. I do have an idea for a GGD role. The Thunderbird: A neutral killing role like the falcon. the thunderbird charges up an energy bar slowly by being around other players, more people means more energy. They can use some of the energy to kill, or they can blow a full bar to take out multiple targets (like how the bomb can take out multiple). the energy slowly drains if they're alone and the gravy role works as a counter because their can only be killed 1 on 1 thing still works. Meetings should reset the bar to empty.

An anxious one. So they have a timer that activates when they are around people. So they have to spend the round alone or they die. And if they die then they get auto reported by whoever is closest. Can hide in certain vents only twice a game. They would be silent during meetings. So they can only talk for so long around people and then have to book it

idk how similar this is to any other existing role in GGD but i had the idea of a voodoo role where either 1) you can press a button to attach a voodoo doll to someone and kill the doll within a set amount of time in order to kill the person who attached to it or 2) you can link two people together so that if one of them dies so does the other (this one could be neutral or evil). i'm more partial to the first one
