The only camera option that was added in 1.0.5 was camera focus, you could always toggle the other settings since launch. Camera focus just makes the camera either lock to the car bumper more or lock to the environment more.

A VR update for this game would be huge. They'd completely dominate open world free roam racers for VR players. Which, there is 0 of them right now so it isn't hard

About the leaderboards.. there was 1 leaderboard where they increased the number of people that can get the reward to make it more fair. (Top 250 get car in stead of top 10) but the leaderboard ended 2 days ago and no one has received any rewards yet.. I was top 100 when it ended but meanwhile everyone keeps doing the event so now I’m top 200 and counting..

@@Goosiest Quick update: still haven’t received a reward, the race is still there with a 0 second timer and people are still doing it causing me only to drop further and further down the board. I’m curious to see what their explanation is gonna be. Was really looking forward to the reward car. Is it a normal car with mods, is it a random car from the ‘event cars’ in the showroom, is it a car that is otherwise non obtainable and completely new? I guess we’re never gonna know lol.

All of carx devs attention is going into the pc version while the mobile version is still not getting lite version, not getting better traffic ai, not fixing tons of effin bugs, not eliminating cheaters cuz cheaters do still exist there and last but not least not buffing money and exp reward per boss race

Shame the game's not a bit more realistic with the cars, it's a bit whacky that a stock car can't pull in 4 and 5th gear.

In CxS Mobile, the fastest time for that specific Time Hunters R8 is 59:XX seconds. This is associated with 2 shortcuts in the track (Start) (Finish) that are very hard to do as you have to deal with the checkpoint borders and not get the penalty reset. Think of it like finding shortcuts in Trackmania

I'm positive the retired indicator means he was hacking. As for the top two guys on that LB, the times are legit. My friend ESV Green has a recording of he's run. Not everyone at the top is cheating. Just something to throw out there. Pav I also know from the competitive scene in both FH5 and Forza Motorsports. They are both very fast.

unfortunate that top players are seen as cheaters xd there is clearly a problem with infinite NOS usage and whatnot but the top 5 in the R8 time trial including myself are all legit.

Nah I don't doubt that, I have seen some crazy runs as well, most skip a corner before the finish or something, I guess that was the checkpoint issue they fixed

well there is also a game mode in asphalt legends unite called Grand Prix just like the leaderboard races and there are 5 or 4 tiers so the concept is the same you get the car on loan and then get a good time position if you get beaten then when you race again there will a ghosted car which you can turn on and off from the settings and then if you are able to secure the position until the end of the Grand Prix then you can get a car key of that specific car

I spent 500k to get an evo not even fully upgraded to do the leaderboard race , i grind more so i got it fully upgraded just to get super gap by people using infinite nos and weird tactics 😂 i'm done for a while with this game , i get the whole aspect of grinding but this legit feels like mobile game economy

I hope the next big update they add more wheel options as just only having the option to change the force kinda sucks I own a gear wheel and yes I know it’s not the best but the way the game is it’s not the best to use on the game, before on carx drift I’ll use my wheel and having the options to change almost everything helped me be extra smooth

I did a regular race, made the checkpoint but the AI didn’t and I got sent back. When I quit and tried to redo the race, there was a 15 minute cooldown timer.

Does no one else notice the assists in this game? the one that drives me crazy is the auto counter steer. Dont believe me? Go do a donut and hold one direction. your wheels will automatically counter steer. Please Carx allow us to disable this baby assist.
