Mayorkas never answers a question. I've watched him testify before Congress three times and each time he is asked a question (which could easily be answered with a yes or no), he goes on to talk about all the great stuff in progress. The statements he makes has little and sometimes no correlation to the question being asked. He should be held in contempt if he refuses to answer a question.
