We have always had differences but now they seem to make us so bitter. Regardless of our differences I never felt we had a divided country. I would not however be so disheartened if I could see a light at the end of the tunnel but I cannot. Since everyone feels they are correct there does not seem to be any room for compromise I used to hear people say things like " oh it will happen but not in my lifetime". I now know what they meant. I have faith that we will figure it out, just not in my lifetime.

the trial held in Minneapolis is ridiculous, how can it be held there when the jury is now worried that a repeat burning down of the City would seem imminent if a not guilty verdict was handed down. It should have been moved to another court in a different location where the accused could of been given a fair trial, the whole thing is a miscarriage of justice and makes a mockery of the justice system.What Waters said deserves a mistrial as it was a undue influence upon the jury to reach a verdict to keep their community from being burned down to the ground.
