I am unfamiliar with the rest of the words because I am still learning Russian, and Google is being western spy by not giving me the proper translation so I had to do actual research. Moya (моя) would mean 'my'. Murka (мурка) is still Murka in english but some websites says it is just another name for cat (кот). Dorogaya (дорогая) can mean 'expensive' or 'sweetheart' but sweetheart would make more sense. I (и) means 'and'. Proshchay (прощай) means 'goodbye'. So if all of that is right, it would be something like this. Hello, my Murka Hello, sweetheart Hello, my Murka And goodbye! If any of this is wrong feel free to correct me! But hopefully this helps.
