Still can't decide what color to paint my Rascal Lite. I'm in no rush, I want this build to come out sweeeet. I already have a Predator 212 and clutch, suspension front end kit, SunF 145/70-6 street treads, and the Rascal seat instead of the Coleman CT100 seat. I would eventually like fenders for the front and rear as well. I have a few other bikes so I'm taking my time on this baby..🤗

@@TadowMedia Krylon or Rust-Oleum work fine for rattle can paints. Dupli-Color available at auto parts stores has some very nice colors. There's a purple Rascal on my channel that was done with primer, a silver base coat, and Dupli-Color Metalcast anodized purple. My Oasis blue Rascal was painted with Rust-Oleum, it's also on my channel. Hope your boys LOVE their new Rascals 😎👍🏼🔥⛽

I’ve had mine for awhile now and I love it. But since day one I can’t get rid of the wobble in the rear wheel. I’m going to need a new chain and sprocket soon because the wobble has chewed it all up. Any suggestions on how to fix the wobble? Other than buying a better quality rear wheel?

The 21/64 is not the drill bit you want to drill the holes for your seat screws if you do you will be buying a new seat, you should use 17/64 instead !!!

Love watching your videos. I’ve built 2 go karts with primarily go power sports parts (212 deluxe 2 seater plans from Kartfab, and a power wheels dune racer I converted to 212cc. I just converted my daughters Real Tree 105cc to a predator 212 and I’m going to build my younger son a little quad with the 105cc I pulled outta the real tree minibike

The 10mm is the 1/2" of Metric Sockets and Wrenches. You will ALWAYS be buying replacements. The rest of the tool set will hang in there forever but the 10mm and/or 1/2" will always go missing. It's like socks in the dryer. 2 go in but only 1 ever comes out. It think Leonard Nimoy did a special on disappearing socks back in the 70's. Hopefully William Shatner or Zack Quinto do an episode on the 10mm-1/2" phenomenon. It needs to be addressed.

Ordered mine today. It says the 6” Mega Moto mags will fit the rascal lite? Same spacers used that come with the bike just swap over tires ? Also getting the gps chain guard will fit the 98 motor I’d assume

Hello, I've been interested in buying the Rascal Lite, although I have a few concerns. I've noticed in other videos that 98cc engines are usually pretty loud, I was wondering if there was a muffler I could buy that would fit well with the frame. Also, I saw that in California, mini bikes require a green sticker from CARB to be street legal; is it possible to get one for the Rascal Lite?

We do not have a way to make your minibike compliant in California. You are able to ride around on private property though. We have muffler for the 98cc Engine, but it may not be quieter than your stock engine now.

Been slowly building my Rascal since recieving it about a month ago. I have been using this video to build it. This video is decent quality but lacking as the only source of intructions to build the bike. Written instructions with diagrams, parts lists, and trouble shooting would be very helpful. The video glazes over quite a few important details that I have had to figure out by trial and error or watching the same video portion 10 times to figure out an issue. One example, the guy mentions using a 'washer,' no mention of the size or where the washer is located in the 35 packets of hardware sent to me. Suggestion, hire a professional production team to help make a better instructional video. Or hire some technical writers to create an actual instruction booklet or PDF to accompany this video.

Just got mine today bummed the threads are bad. The hardware screws are different, and missing nuts, the welds have holes. I knew it was too good to be true. The deal was awesome, but now I know why I can't finish the build missing parts bummed
