Giving my student a ride in the coaches car (me) to demonstrate the line and weight transfer. This is an invaluable tool when instructing concepts when put into practice. Plus its fun to see their reactions afterwards.

Fred, thank you for taking me on track in your 930 Turbo - it was an absolute blast!! Those few laps were exhilarating and your driving was unreal. Thanks again for coaching me throughout the sessions - it was immensely helpful and my progress was measurable after every session as your pointers, particularly on threshold braking/balance, were key. It was my pleasure completely. I wanted you to know that it is also a great joy for a coach to instruct a customer like you who is really serious about learning the art of high performance driving. I don't know if its the memories of what it was like when we first started out and how a good coach got us addicted to the sport or just the pleasure that I get out of seeing the light bulb go off in someone's head when they get it.
