You wont have copy right issue so long as you show on screen what title of the music and the artist, also put it in description.

Next time suggest to the organizers to have all vendors selling cooked foods that there should be a glass cover in every pots and pans. It looks very unsanitary to look at with all the people walking around and vehicles passing by.
