You know, I remember this guy came to our dance class with Ms. Gerstein to learn about the art of Capoeira. It has to do with feeling of dancing and knowing that our body can be weak or slow. It's all about concentration, memory, and sometimes focus. It happened in my small high school. In the end, he continues his journey to meet with his friends about Capoeira. Impressive video @GoPro. They're planted of more exploration to learn more about the cool stuff that's happening in our cultural world. Amazing. :)

"A capoeirista e um artista e um atleta." Absolutely true. I played for years with capoeira Brazil, which is led by Mestre Boneco. I miss my group, it was my tribe, people who do this are so artistic, with a great love for music, a respect for culture and history, but also disciplined and strong like an athlete. The energy of a roda, wow cannot explain it, if the universe really is made of vibrations then you really feel intuned with those vibrations in a roda, you flow like you're in a wave, you feel your partner's energy, the cadence of the music, your master guides you with the berimbau, you play, you have fun.

I remember when i was 14 and doing capoeira,I loved every bit of it.For 2 years I was training,every single day.And then I got tumor on my knee and was forced to stop.Sadly,I never got back into it.I miss it so much.

I love these films GoPro makes but does anybody know if they actually are filmed on go pros? I know the video I take on my GoPro definitely just doesn't look that nice and the sound quality is horrible compared to this

They use GoPro's for the image but not for the sound. The reason why your video may not look as good is due to several possible issues. For one you may not be using the latest and highest quality GoPro camera. Second, you may not have the proper software or knowledge to do proper image correcting (Exposure, colour correcting etc). Thirdly, you may not be taking advantage of small but significant things like: proper angles, using light in the most optimal way (Angles, unharsh morning/dawn light, using reflectors etc), proper handling of the camera (Unhoused, stablecam operations, drone mounts). Having a good music selection and nicely edited shots also makes a huge difference.
