Second 0:21 and min 4:08 is called, "cutting the track". I think it is getting out of hand. Some are the fault of continuous banners along the track, where a racer can't get back on the track for several hundred feet, but that is not the case here. Does CBD make you hallucinate, and see continuous banners between you and the track?
