Hi ya! I used to have a problem with fogging in cold temps too with the anti-fog, i just added more strips. Left, Right, and Bottom and I never have a problem. Just be sure to air them out properly after use or it just becomes useless after a few uses.

0:49 is what the average surfer has dreams of capturing. I have been using my Hero3 (HumbleOutdoors w/free 32GB SD) for about 2 months now. The low light performance has been it's best trait.

When they are on shorter boards especially. The closer the camera the taller you need the image to show the board and the wave.

Awesome shots and super sick video btw! Just wondering, what settings do you use in the water? Most of my shots come out nice but underwater doesnt look as clear as in yours and other videos.

because of the 100 fps with the 960 then we convert to 720 to fit KZbin format.

Really.. I can't imagine why it isn't looking sunny and blue like a nice day in Tahiti in BRITAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINTER. P. S. the wireless disconnects in the water and takes time to reset once they are both back out of the water. Also if you put the key back in the remote after charging it's waterproof, without the key it floods the connection. And one last thing why are you using the remote in a situation where you can simply manually turn the camera on?

Just lick your port at least 15 minutes before going out and let dry. Rinse good when you get in, that works great!

I'm a bit disappointing with my GoPro 3 Black, I've used the anti fog inserts and it still fogged up, most my footage is taken in the surf on winters days in the Britain and the footage looks miserable, dull and washed out on 720p,120 fps (haven't tried other settings yet) I've used the wireless remote in small surf conditions 3 times and now it won't switch on... it's stupid how the wireless remotes charge connection is open to the elements ant that's the likely reason its failed, any advice?

Just curious, but why is 720p the highest resolution available? Is that just how you rendered it? i dont understand why you wouldnt shoot in 2.7k or 1080p even!

If you have a Hero3 it will be sharp underwater. If you have a Hero1 or 2 you will need to buy a flat port for your housing to make it sharp underwater.
