@@farelferdinand1089 Ducati will sell a dry clutch conversion to any Panigale V4 or Streetfighter V4. Only the V4 Superleggera, Panigale V4 SP and Streetfighter V4 SP come standard with the STM Dry clutch from the factory. The other models like the V4, V4S, V4R, Streetfighter V4 and V4S will have wet clutches from the factory and you will have to buy a dry clutch conversion kit from Ducati if you want to hear the traditional Ducati dry clutch sound. This particular V4 in this video is equipped with a wet clutch, the sound that which you heard is not from the clutch, it is the Desmodromic valves doing its job. You can watch other clips from KZbin to have better sound comparison, the dry clutch will sound significantly louder than the exhaust sound, even if the bike had the Akrapovic race exhaust installed, the dry clutch sound will be louder.
