GoPro Test drive

This is a short sequence shot using the new GoPro Hero HD camera. It's basically a tiny high definition camera that sits anywhere you can mount it and produces wonderful images in extreme wide angle. Here it is mounted on the roof of the car and driven around Oxfordshire. It shoots right up to 1080/50p high definition, though this was shot at 720p because for some reason the full wideangle isn't available at 1080.
The drive starts in Woodstock, coming out of Blenheim palace, then travels around the country lanes before returning to Woodstock again. This is really a test sequence to see if the mount is solid enough. It is.
The weird shape of the car is produced by the optics in this lens, which are rectilinear in the centre, but tend towards curved and fisheye at the extremities.
