I remember being young and watching this video before anyone had any idea what a GoPro was. I remember how excited I was seeing this footage, little did I know this company would become a huge success. Now I’m turning 23 this Sunday, I moved to CO and am sitting in bed looking at my brand new GoPro charging for what looks to be an epic pow day at keystone tomorrow. Life is crazy, good on you GoPro for all your success and capturing some of my fondest memories. Sorry for being nostalgic, this video just brought me back.

@yayapfool Like I said before, the 960p model does not shoot at 60fps. Only the 1080p model does when put into 720p mode. I got the 1080p model, can't wait untill it comes!

@yayapfool This was not filmed in 960p. The 960p mode is only if you want to get a bigger area you can film. 960 is 4:3 and the others (like 1080p) are in 16:9. This means you get extra height in 960p but sacrifice quality. There is another model that does 960p and 720p @30fps. Although you can't film in 1080p or 720 @60fps, it is $80 cheaper. It's all about what you want to spend on you're camera and what you're going to do with it. Hope this helped.

@yayapfool The 1080 unless you want to play back in. 50% speed at 30 fps is fine, but if you want slower, you should use the 60 fps. Plus, when you shoot at 1080p, the 720p playback always looks better than when filmed at 720p. It all really depends what you are filming and what speed you want it to be at. I would say film it at 1080p if you don't need it to be super slowmo.
