how to be t17 ready: equip mageblood, eternal damnation, melding, +4 max res impossible escape, perandus pact + unnatural combo, 100% suppression, 10k mana, craft all mana, damage ridiculous gear at graveyard etc. How to be t17 ready with coc dd? get suppress and go. You already have damage with % hp of monsters, you already have tank because 90% of points are defence. Nice balance, GGG.

Can anyone here explain how this build plays compared to kitavas thirst.? I know this build is considered. 2 button build. How do you play it? Are you pressing both ice nova and frost bolts at the same time?

Cast speed is crazy fast so you can basically just click frostbolt occassionally and you will barely notice it. Granted kitavas thirst is still GOATed for this build

I'm running kitavas atm and getting ready to get rid of it. There's too much rng involved, even with good cast speed. The build lives and dies by leech and you're doing 15-20% of your normal dps until kitavas procs. More importantly, you're stuck in the double cast animations until frostbolt starts proccing. I can't tell you how many times I've died while smashing my frost blink key. Lastly, kitavas puts a lot of strain on your gearing set up. You're already running a unique helm/ring/ammy that don't have resists on them, and it's stupid not to run a headhunter for 5 div until you can get a mageblood. So all of your resists need to come from 1 ring, boots, gloves. It's doable, but you need to have great gear and do some jewel/tattoo gymnastics. imo run kitavas for easy farms and swap to a different helm for challenging content.

I've tried both, I've actually branched off, dropped thirsty after some frustrating rng either not triggering or going completely the wrong direction. I'm not a big fan of the brand due to the delay of the brand attaching then activating, I ripped all that stuff out and went manual cast Frostbolt, faster casting, spell echo and G volley. Will be testing it with a Nimis when I get home from work, made a few other changes too but the base build was great to start from. It's all personal preference after that. Most fun build I've played in a few leagues 🎉

@@thara_frog6735 i know i'm 90%. And i have 200k and my ehp is much higher since im agnostic. 5k life with 12k mana is aaaaaaa lot. Maybe i messed up pob and in fact i have more that that.

@@jedrusnowak3317 Hierophant + Mom + Corrupted Soul is just much stronger now than Agnostic because we dont deal with the downside of -mana cost anymore. The raw EHP provided by ES and Split damage provided by Corrupted soul and then the damage being further staggered by MOM is really broken

@@jedrusnowak3317 50% of non-chaos only bypass your ES, then the damage that bypassed your ES gets reduced by MOM. So the damage you take gets split 3 ways. And then your recovery like leech heals your ES and HP simultaneously

@@lowfade556 You can cast more ice nova's on them. when you attach it to an arcanist brand they go out about one screen then come back so you can stack a stupid amount of ice nova's

REALLY TRIED THIS BUILD ON HARDCORE LEAGUE I DONT KNOW WHY MAN ALL ELEMENTS CAPPED DIED 5 TIMES HAVE TO REAMAKE 5 TIMES GOT SO LUCKY GOT THE FROSTBOLTS NOVA ON FIRST LAB RUN BUT WHEN I STARTED USING IT IT DID FUCK ME SO HARD THAT I HAVE TO REMAKE 5 TIMES AND FUCK IT STILL NO PROGRESS IM GIVING UP ON THIS BUILD EVEN THE GUY HELPING ME TO PLAY THIS BUILD GOT TIRED ALSO SO ARCHMAGE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE I GUESS IL JUST GO STICK WITH FUCKING RAIN OF ARROWS TILL NEXT LEAGUE
