Considering that the bridge belongs to Canada and not the US, good luck trying to change the formal name. (He could have the US road signs changed but that is abu it.) Canada became the sole owner and provided financing because of BS within the US trying to stop construction. Hence, the tool booths are only on the Canadian side.
