This looks soooo good. I'm glad you used real whipped cream. I can't stand Cool Whip on a homemade dessert. Cool Whip belongs on Jello, and not much more.

As I always comment everything you make looks delicious. Dale is very lucky to get to be the taste tester of your delicious food. Apparently I need to brush up on my English/British terminology because I had no idea that pudding meant a cake like dessert. I thought it was the pudding like we have here in the US. I mentioned in one of your previous videos that I worked at Crabtree and Evelyn for many years before it closed and the cookies we sold were actually called biscuits, so I’m familiar with that British terminology.

No wonder my wife loves Gordon's sticky toffee pudding--it's the bourbon We both enjoyed your sticky toffee pudding presentation. I could see my wife making this as well. She will need a test testing for the right bourbon. Excellent presentation of this recipe. One time we had dinner at Gordon's Pub and Grill before we saw Keith Urban at Caesars. Well my wife was hungry; so we ordered dinner. My received her dinner and I didn't receive what I ordered. Nachos isn't Mac N' cheese. My goes honey I swear Gordon is starring at me. Later, the restaurant manager comes out to talk to us. He gave us another round of drinks and his sticky toffee pudding for the mistake. Later, we hear the casino crowd cheer him and I saw Gordon walking. Our server confirmed it was Gordon looking at my wife. Now my wife says she blew it since she should have called for Gordon to come out and explain himself to us. Generally, we always order sticky toffee pudding for our post dinner dessert. So now it is standard procedure to order this no matter which Gordon restaurant we are at. Thanks again-- Lori and Mark
