To be fair it makes sense with their roles. Fred is someone who's expected to make the experience as nice as possible for the customer, whereas gino and gordon are cooks, it's alot more stressful environment.

Bravo Gino for understanding, i say that one can't argue with a native on their own food especially if they do cook. I used to work with two chefs like that when I was a waitress at college. They used to have me crying laughing at them, very good at their jobs and made lovely food..... but then I'd have to compose myself before I went back out on tables. Customers used to think I had been crying and werre worried for me. Always thought we should have a open kitchen so the customers could see what I was seeing, would have been great entertainment.
