Takes time, practice, and patience....and the ability to laugh at yourself as you cook.....the humility to accept nothing ever comes out how you expect sometimes....in cooking and in life.

Good job! I only recently had discovered Ryan online and have been enjoying several of his postings. Even even though he'd already mentioned Gordon Ramsay and had even mentioned the Las Vegas, health Kitchen as one of the five best restaurants in his opinion. He needs help in the kitchen and with his pallet, Gordon! But this was sure a fun video. You tooshould do more together. I like the fact that you're both so entrepreneurial and also really interesting that you both have that running/marathoning, etc. history. Wow.
