Why is Taker SO HUGE compared to Gunther?

They use their billed kayfabe heights in the game, they have Taker at 6'10 even though at his prime he was only like 6'8, and nowadays more like 6'5-6'6 due to back surgeries. Gunther is 6'4, so in Kayfabe Undertaker is like a half a whole foot taller.
