This ending was so Well done, as Reese believed Kara could´ve gotten away from the scene before they got to him, Snow proved him wrong, what doomed her, was taking that call with Greer which made her lose vital time in getting away and allowed Snow to setup on her.

For a software engineer, Finch has such a human moment when he deletes the third number to replace it with the fifth one. Statistically it shouldn't matter and he would know this but he still decides to try a different number. Lucky thing too!
