Im wondering why your 600£ Gorenje WaveActive doesn't make water levels on wash like this one.

@washerChannel2005 I didn’t say its water usage is well-thought. ;-) People expect more expensive models to use less power and water than cheaper models - and the manufacturers build and program them to fulfill their expectations. As 99 % of all customers don’t unterstand the technical and chemical background behind washing laundry, they will believe they actually made a good deal. This applies to the whole industry, by the way. :-(

@tom kajtazi That’s not that difficult to achieve: Just reduce the overall water levels and don’t reach the selected temperatures (e. g. instead of 60 °C → about 30 °C). Bacteria and mold will love it! With ease you will get a super ECO A+++++++++ label! :-)

This is a standard feature of all washing machines. ;-) Some washing machines also spin the dry laundry right at the beginning of the cycle and calculate the amount of laundry by measuring the motor current and/or speed.

@tom kajtazi Oh trust me, entry level Vestel's are even worse. Their programming is ridiculous, cottons takes almost 5 hours, extremely sensitive balancing, air rinses etc. They are also well known for bearings/spider failure after just a year of use.

@washerkid2004 Do you mean your Telefunken-labelled Vestel? If so, it is one of Vestel’s cheapest models. It’s not completely terrible, but cost cutting had to be done everywhere.
