Let's see, the tags that needed the most help, finally got units that basically carry the whole tag are: L.O.E has ultra golden Frieza Vegeta Clan has ultra Majin Vegeta Fusions has ultra ssj4 gogeta Hybrids have GOHAN ( this tag doesn't need help, just stating a fact ). and even GT has a great number of units. I know I'm the only one out here thinking and wanting this, but when will the Girls tag finally get Ultra Kefla, legends limited Android 21, and a standalone legends limited or ultra Android 18. If the devs can make a legends limited Gotenks and an ultra Turles great, they can easily make one for those three female warriors.

Ug4 is the only one who has a "cover change counter" when his gauge is full (what it actually is, is that he is programmed to use his counter over his cover change animation if it's charged and the counter works on everything except RR). All other characters have to be in when a ranged blue is launched if they're gonna counter it. This does not include Ultra Broly who has a special cover change that does work on blues but can be nullified. Another Example: UG4 on full gauge switch in does the eye counter. If Ultra UI Sign has gauge charged, is special cover nullified, and cover changes against a strike, his counter doesn't work on the first strike. Edit: I just re-read the kit, and assuming it was indicated as fully charge on standby then yes that should have worked. Maybe it's something about Ulthan's blue or just a rare bug?
