This house is nearly perfect! It's one of my top 3 favorites! I love the little sitting area by the front door, the dining area, love love the island! I'd make the first guestroom into a pantry/ storage room. I'd add 2 windows, remove all the carpet and spend warm summer days crocheting on my front porch watching my chickens in the yard. Wonderful house! I want one! Thank you, Chance! Feel better soon.

Hello Chance!! Good video as usual. #1) The floorplan shows the Half Bath as an option; so the house you showed us had the option in it. We wouldn't have the half bath. It takes up too much of the Master Closet! And with the full bath just down the hall, you don't really need the half bath. #2) That area the floorplan calls a Den, where the piano is (it made me want to sit down and play as it's been a while!); I'd have it enclosed, and soundproofed, and make 3/4's of it into my Music/Studio Room the last 1/4 of the area would be my Office with carpet. #3) The Living Room needs a Gas Fireplace or Wood-burning Stove. And of course, we'd have full carpet. I'm not that big a fan of wide-open floorplans. But closing off the "den" area will help with that. #4) The only place in the Dining Room for Grandma's China Cabinet is between the window and the cabinet where the microwave is. That's okay - at least there's a place to put it! We'd build an enclosed deck/porch outside that door between the dining room and "den" area. #5) In the Kitchen area, the island is a little too big; I'd go with a tad smaller one and put wheels on it. Love where the microwave is! I wish there was a pantry. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. And we don't really need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers. #6) The Utility Room is not bad - it's not that big, but it has everything except a folding table! The Furnace and Water Heater are in there just like they should be! There's even a place for an Upright Freezer! Outside that back door we'd build a Garage with a Storage area and a Big Pantry and a Pet Shower too. #7) The Guest Bedroom right across from the utility room will be turned into my Library with a small sitting area with carpet. #8) The Guest Bathroom will be left as is. #9) The other two Guest Bedrooms will be combined and used as Hubby's GYM. #10) The Master Bedroom is okay. We'll have carpet in there. I wish the closet was in the bedroom, but it's No deal breaker that it's not. The Commode area isn't wide enough, I don't think. Also it's too closed in! So I'd have the enclosure removed and turn the Commode to face the door (which of course won't be there anymore!), with plenty of room on the right and left of the commode! I'd also be replacing that nice tub with a Handicapped Tub. The Tile Shower needs a Bench, although I suppose we can just use a shower seat (I actually have one). The Closet shown is not very big, but I'd use the one shown on the floorplans (as I stated in #1 above), without that half bath! #11) That front porch needs to be a little bit wider, so you could walk past a person sitting, like those chairs show, without danger of falling off the porch or hitting the one you are trying to pass! It's plenty long enough though! We'd have porches. enclosed and some just covered, all around the house. Again, Chance, good video and a not bad house. God bless y'all. I'm praying you get better soon. I'm having lots of the same trouble, with a bad cough with mine. So I'd like prayers too. Thank you very much.

Nice home Chance. Love 4 bedrms. Seriously though they are too small. I don't like the sq ft thing- please put back the 11 x10. I can't visualize 112.5 sq ft 🤣 They could have put a small pantry next to the microwave take up half of that big window. The laundryrm is too small too. Needed a wash sink & counter space too. It's cold up here in MD- so I'm going to get that hot chocolate with lots of marshmallows & and watch Fire Country right after your video tour. Be safe.😊

When I was pregnant with my second boy I was taking care of his 2 year old brother, and assorted otherr kids that I babysat. Over several weeks time everyone of those kids came down with chickenpox, as well as some sort of throw-up flu. By the time the the kids were done being sick, around 5-7 weeks, I came down with the absolute worst sinus infection. It felt like a horse had stepped on my face. My OB/GYN put me in the hospital as I was passing out and I was in for an entire week. Up to that point I hadn't taken so much as a Tylenol to not impact my baby. I ended up with x-rays and a long list of all the meds I had taken. Never had anything that bad again, just saying, I know what sinus infections feel like.

Home is nice and very spacious, could use more distinctive features such as a fireplace and hearth. Also gives you options for room furniture layout and has a really nice kitchen with good cabinets and drawers storage. Just really should have a Pantry in the walk in style especially for a 4 bedroom. Home will look even better with some color. The windows in the master bathroom water closet and over the tub area really need to be a regular window you can see out of and open for ventilation. The bathroom as is even though it has those transom windows for light has a claustrophobic feel. Otherwise the bathroom is fine. The master closet could use a second level hangbar and shelf all the way around.

Those columns by the dining table have to go. If they aren't structural, I wouldn't want them. The kitchen is good because the sink is under a window and not in the island but I wish that the counter on the opposite side of the kitchen window was a tad wider. All in all I would pass this one up.
