I agree. There are only a few wow moments, e.g. the woman on the thumbnail. Some of the women may just need a sprucing to their hair color, not a drastic cut (in my opinion).

On behalf of the over 50 crowd, the lob is easier to care for daily. You can dress it up or down. It's usually long enough to still put in a ponytail.
