If you're looking for stands, I highly recommend the Nendoroid doll stands! They have ones with little adjustable claws that you can fit around the doll's waist 🙂

I think these guys hands can be removed without needing something to hold the hook in place. Just unhook the hand and hook on the new one. However, using a toothpick or something similar to hold the hook in pace will make your life easier
