GORGEOUS Tiny House in Sweden (AND LAND) for only $43k !

This tiny home is just beautiful and makes me want to move out to Sweden, though I imagine that whole process would be a huge pain. In any case, this seems to be a heck of a great deal for a small house or cottage WITH land (1/2 acre), and one with some old world European flair. "Country meets Ikea" in a way. It is not legal to live fulltime in such a cabin in Sweden, not without changing the house status and tax liability, which then makes it not so cheap.

The house status? As in this town won’t allow full time dwellers? Curious….

@@derekdiedricksen9170 This house is not for fulltime dwelling, it is considered a cabin, and cannot be your main residential address. There are different property taxes for a residence versus a cabin.

It's really not, cabins in the middle of nowhere are cheap in Scandinavia.
