Over a million with wire racks in the master? This house shouldn't be this much. It's beautiful, but they went on the low end in some places. The basement should be finished. The kitchen is awesome, as well as the prep kitchen, though.

Lovely home. I like the space of the master closet, just have to change the wire racks. Also unpopular opinion but I would close off the 2 story great room and create a big media room for kids and some extra space to make bedroom 3 bigger.

Hey quick question, is the price for this property included in the finished customization of the basement for the buyer or does it go up to get the basement finished?

Interior is bland - no crown moulding, no interesting light fixtures, no wainscoting, and no cabinets in the laundry room. Wire racks in the closets and what looked like moulded plastic tub surrounds in the secondary bedrooms.

It would have definitely put a nice touch to the home but its never too late to add in the future.
