+Saidia Hussien I like to hear such beautiful words from Eritrean brothers and sisters. Fortunately I am hearing these pleasant friendship words almost every where, when the issue is culture or music! I can't understand Tigire, but I can sense the music sometimes even more than those in Amharic. Abrar Osman is my favorite!

I loved your words. Music is a world Language, there is no need to be "what" to understand. We Ethiopians are Eritreans are sisters and brothers, we have the same origin , thanks to Menigestu, Meles and Isayas we are at this level, I am sorry we shouldn't hate eachother. Keep listening Amharic as I personally love Eritrean songs especially the old ones.

These songs bring so much nostalgia of my father and my childhood. He loved Mahmoud Ahmed songs and everytime I listen to Mahmoud Ahmed's song I am transported to the time when I was like 10 years old and sitting in my father's 1960s Volkswagen with my father listening to these songs and reminising about his youth and sharing his wonderful memories with me and my sister.

One of the greatest albums, thank you for the upload. Most enjoyable tracks with shed loads of sweet memories. It also equally enjoyable and encouraging to read the civilized and positive comments of Ethiopians and Eritreans brothers. Thanks you all! Shame on you Abraham Bojien for the embarrassing comments you posted. The big words you used revealed how small and narrow minded you are. You've been weighed on the scales-and you don't measure up.

I love Asmara , those guys that were in Asmara during the Dergue Regime deeply memorize their lovely stay there. Artists such as Gashaw Adal , Seyoum Tilahun and Aklilu Seyoum were releasing their albums from Asmara. Hell to the devils/separators of the people of the two nations.
Gash Mahamud 's amazing voice with the distinct Roha band sound carried me back to those dreamy days.

I do remember in those old good days, every Saturday our radio was supper busy transmitting music of the golden time. We are not humans but all are memories good and Bad. this music triggers all the good memories.TEBAREK
