I saw this tour in a tiny bar. The thing that still sticks out to me the most was that Luc went up there and killed it without warming up. He was selling merch and signing merch, then he excuses himself, puts up a sign saying ‘We’ll Be Back’ Hops on stage plugs in, makes sure the amps on, everyone nods them they rip into their set like it’s nothing. Mind blowing.

I saw Gorguts in 2016 and had the exact experience. Walked up the merch booth, "Oh shit, it's Luc!" Chatted him up for a bit, bought a shirt and a few CDs, shook his hand. Fuckin LEGEND

He was doing the same exact thing when I saw them on the recent Considered Dead tour. I was in line to buy merch and to my surprise, Luc was the one doing all the merch. I didn't want to hold him up cause there were a lot of ppl behind me so I got my gear and said thank you for all the great music. He's a very kind dude.

If you are into older style death metal, Give Gorguts - Considered Dead, Gorguts - The Erosion of Sanity albums a try. There are people out there that would make that same argument towards Cannibal Corpse also dude, music is subjective, that's just how it is.
