It's also to good to show when things go wrong, because in almost every video (not just parkour videos) everything is always perfect. People who say that they want to start practice parkour, because they saw some cool video, need to realize that things sometimes go wrong. It's as important to know how to make a controlled movement, as what to do when they lose control of their movement. I've recently been taught how to manage fails from Uppsala Parkour, Sweden, which I am very grateful for.

I was thinking: "Why do they fail some of the precisions?" Then I remembered, all jumps in this video is greater than 13 feet (Length of a shoe) for so many of the jumps. Keep up the good work boys.

It may increase your jumping power too combined with plyometrics. But especially it made my landings stronger. For me it's been a part of training for a few years now. Just start easy and train with good form! -Juho
