This video was filmed on June 19, 2024.
Gorillas eat a lot, so they also take a lot of naps to digest the food.
And in hot seasons, the Momotarou family, who don't want to move much, take even more naps.
Recently, the number of trees in the gorilla enclosure has increased significantly, so there is more cool shade than before.
So the Momotarou family seems to be napping more comfortably than before.

⭐️Momotaro ♂(2000/7/3)
Born in Ueno Zoo on July 3, 2000.
His father is Biju and his mother is Momoko.
His father died before he was born and he grew up never knowing his father.
He came to Kyoto City Zoo in 2010 and is now a father of two sons.
⭐️Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Born on June 24, 1986 at the Kyoto City Zoo.
Her father is Mack and her mother is Hiromi.
When she was 10 years old, she went to Ueno Zoo for breeding purposes.
But she had a bad relationship with another female gorilla, and she injured her fingers and toes with her self-mutilation and lost a lot of weight.
When she returned to her hometown of Kyoto City Zoo, she was fine, and she lived with various male gorillas.
Then she met Momotaro and she gave birth to two lovely sons whom she lovingly raised.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at the Kyoto City zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
He is very close with his younger brother Kintaro and they play together almost every day.
⭐️Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at Kyoto City Zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.

You can put in all the trees you want it’s still ridiculous that don’t have a large grassy area with no bars over head.

ゲンキさん、わりと前からですよ♪キンタロウが産まれたての時とか。それ以降に虫歯の治療したみたいですが。口を開けてマイペースに寝てるのがゲンキのチャームポイント

Ich liebe diesen süßen kleinen Buddha Kintaro er ist so süß und niedlich. Mama Genti ist meine Lieblings Gorilla Dame. Gentaro ist von klein auf mein Lieblings Gorilla Junge. Momotaro ist ein sehr schöner Silverback und er liebt und beschützt seine Familie. Alle zusammen sind meine absolute Lieblings Gorilla Familie ❤

Meus dois amores Kintaro e Genki, meu lindo Kintaro não parece com o Buda, quem parece são alguns seres humanos que tem percentuais de gordura alarmantes, gorilas, só tem músculos, não gordura, eu na vi nada de diferente no quintal.
