Gorilla⭐️Kintaro was surprised at Momotaro who suddenly grabbed Genki's head.【Momotaro family】

This video was shot on February , 2022.
I could see some play between Momotaro and Kintaro on this day as well.
But when Genki was breastfeeding, Momotaro suddenly grabbed her head.
Immediately before that, Genki scolded Kintaro a little, probably because her nipples hurt, so maybe Kintaro screamed something.
Kintaro was surprised by Momotaro and clung to Genki's leg for a while, but he soon realized that he was safe.

⭐️モモタロウ Momotaro ♂(2000/7/3)
momotaro was born at Ueno zoo in Tokyo on jul.3,2000 and came to our zoo on Oct.18,2010.
He is beautiful and handsome ,the silverback of our troop.
He is a little timid,and scared of new things.
He sometimes shows lovely behaviors that melt our hearts.
He is making efforts to be a good dad for his two sons.
⭐️ゲンキ Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Genki was born at our zoo on Jun,24,1986.
After mating with several males without a pregnancy she found her perfect partner Momotaro.
Now she is a loving and caring mom for her two sons.
She sometimes behaves boldly,yet she can also be sensitive.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️ゲンタロウ Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at our zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
Everyone immediately agrees that he is a very adorable boy.
⭐️キンタロウ Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at our zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.
He love to play by himself,with his father.
He is still small, but smart and strong-willed.
His cute appearance and behavior attract everyone's interest.

One thing I really love about Genki is not matter how afraid she becomes of Momo when he goes after her, she stands her ground. Even when he scares her so much she pees, she will chase after him as soon as he turns his back. In this video, she continues to eat. She is probably thinking "Momo husband, so many times you misunderstand what is going on.... Sigh...."

Genki was trying to stop Kintaro from nursing due to no milk available and hurting her in the process. Kintaro was fighting against it so Genki tried to be a little more aggressive and it looked too rough in Momos eyes. Notice how awkward Kintaro felt and the terror in Genkis eyes while she continued to eat? That's what I got from that scenario.

Momo has the sweetest smile when he's cuddling and playing with Kintaro. And he still gets down to Kintaro's level sometimes. Poor Genki. She looked so shocked when Momo grabbed her head. Then she cowered for a few moments.

This is why I love Genki. She's a "lady" that understands thing. She looks so surprised and afraid at Momotaro's actions, but she quickly composes herself with confidence because she knows she's dealing with a "man-child". I love you GENKI!😍

Momotaro always protect his Kintaro nowadays, even from Mommy 😆. Kintaro probably bite her nipple again. I think Kintaro really have a special place in Momotaro's heart. Momotaro probably touched by the way Kintaro's staying by his side during his sickness. Kintaro always stay near him to comfort him & only eat when he was with Momotaro. I remember when Momotaro was recovering & he grab Kintaro to play as to reassured Kintaro that he is fine & stop worrying about him. So much love in this family 😍🥰❤

Genki is so afraid of him. I hated when he attacks her in any way. The way she covered her head because she thought he was going to hit her was so sad to see. She is a great mommy and soul. Back off MoMo, leave momma alone.

It looks to me that Momotaro grabbed Genki's head because he was being overprotective of Kintaro. I don't know if she was trying to play with Kintaro or getting some food aggression that triggered Momotaro. If you noticed, Momotaro didn't stop eye contact with Genki, until Kintaro left. He also didn't calm down, until Kintaro left. He immediately followed him. Momotaro has also been overprotective of Kintaro when around Gentaro as well. Gentaro has been a lot more cautious around his dad lately.

Momotaro is very protective of Kintaro. He doesn’t understand that Kintaro is biting Genki’s nipple and it must be so painful for her to act aggressively like that towards her son. His a big boy now and he shouldn’t be hanging to his mother’s breast anymore. Poor Genki. Momotaro is a great protector of his family and in this occasion he only misunderstood Genki’s action. Perhaps, Kintaro will get the message and leave his mother alone.

The bad thing is that she has been doing this to kintaro since he was a year old. He has to eat, he can't help it. But the way she bit him this time was very aggressive. She put her whole body into it, and momo was sitting right in front of her watching when she did it. I don't blame momo at all, the silverback is supposed to protect. Especially the little ones.

Perhaps Kintaro is so clingy to mama lately because she's trying to wean him. His behavior has certainly changed a lot as he never leaves his mother's side anymore. He wants to keep nursing but perhaps Genkis body is saying she's preparing for a new baby, time for Kinny to grow up and become a big boy, like Gentaro.

Its so nice seeing Genki be able to eat a varied diet since her teeth were fix. Now that she is trying to get pregnant she needs to be healthy. There have been no more abscesses and while her belly appears to still be distended her bowel movements are clearly improved. I hope they give her vitamins or a specially formulated diet to make sure at her age she and the baby will be healthy and hopefully will not need serious intervention. I hope its a girl to help keep enough varied genetics to beef of the breeding pairs and I dream they at some point release them to sanctuaries that may lead to their freedom. They are such a fascinating mammal. So big and yet so gental showing great love and compassion at times.

Well he’s a protective father an I’ve seen Genki use her mouth on Kintaro at times, not sure why she did that but he’s the silverback an he’s silent but you can tell who’s in charge. Genki is spicy but I wonder why he doesn’t put Gentaro in his place when he goes after Genki. Wish there was more of a dynamic between the two like DJEECO an Tayari

Wow! Kin-chan knows that he shouldn't bother mom any more after dad grabs her head for biting Kin-chan. And Genki knows why Momo hit her, she has no problem eating, that indicates she know what is happening.
